EPISODE 007 NOW LIVE! Self Care isn’t Selfish | Mental Health |

Hey friends! Today I’m super excited about this episode, because it’s a bit different. We’re talking about mental health.

Taking care of ourselves is one of the best things we can do as introverts.

This week we talk about mental health and how that pertains to our personalities, our relationships, and our self worth. Introverts are 93.7% more likely to be diagnosed with a mental illness than extroverts. I share my story, and some advice on taking care of yourself. We NEED to talk about our mental health, and plan to take care of ourselves so we can pour into others. Check out the new merch www.teespring.com/stores/introvertpodcast the “Self Care Isn’t Selfish” items donate to the national suicide prevention foundation. No one deserves to feel poorly about themselves. If you need anything I’m always here. ALSO! I wrote a guest post on INFJBlog.com about the origins of the show. In exchange for her generosity publishing my post, I’ve featured her NEW eBOOK INFJs in Love.

  1. Really enjoyed this episode! It was perfect timing in the sense that we recently experienced a suicide in the family…
This really effected my mental state, and I missed some episodes due to this event occuring. I agree that your podcast is very therapeutic, and it allows me to strategize my symptoms as they occur with your advice!

Thank you for being here even when your scared!

    1. This made my lil heart so warm Mike! I’m so so incredibly sorry for your loss, your family will be in my thoughts. I’m glad that the show is helping you cope! You can get through this, it is so difficult, but you can do it. You’re already doing so well.
